Purchasing a litter box and training your rabbit to use it is very important if you are having your rabbit live indoors. For my rabbit cage setup i generally will place my feed and water areas at one end of the cage and the bathroom area at the opposite end. Pick out a rabbit litter box. I reserve the middle for the play and sleeping areas.

Your rabbit may not use the litter box right away so be patient. Ensure neither severe weathers nor predators can get to it.
