Jeep Window Wont Roll Up

When i press the button nothing happens.

Jeep window wont roll up.

So the same problem reemerged on the same window. Connect the window and motor and raise the window. The jeep says no. While grabbing the window from above and below replace the screws that hold the regulator mechanism ledge and remove the piece of wood holding the window in place.

I did a quick test initially power to motor ok bad motor right. My jeep is less than 2 weeks old and my front driver and passenger window refuse to roll down. Compass window won t go up. The window guide is what guides a window through the door as it goes back up.

While holding the window from above and below push and lift the window up. Same issue using both the front and rear window switches. For some reason the leads are not switching polarity. Meter d the leads to the motor and i m getting 12v rolling down but not rolling up.

I have a 2007 compass. I am a very experience auto collision tech 15 years. I have replaced motor regulator and switch on. If it goes bad then the window can stick.

Window rolled down but won t come back up. If your jeep compass s window won t go up it s typically going to be the switch or the motor itself causing the problem. Rear windows work fine. This leads me to believe that it is not the motor this time.

Any idea what the problem could be. The right front window will not roll up.
